This is a collection guide. It is a description of archival material held in the Special Collections Division,

Collection (1800-1919) including legal documents, court records, bills of sale, World War I army papers, business correspondence, ledger sheets and accounts, and two folio records of black cemeteries in Hyde County.
Papers (1807-1837) including correspondence, deeds, chatter mortgages, warranty mortgages, legal records, accounts, a surveyor's map, a photograph, and miscellany.
Collection (1785-1824) including correspondence, tax lists, wills, slave records, deed, property holders.
