Biographical / Historical Note
Colonel Lewis served in the United States Air Force 1941 to 1963. From 1954-1957, Lewis taught at East Carolina from 1954 to 1957 where he taught Flight Instruction to cadets out of Stallings Air Field in Kinston, NC.

Collection contains a flight log book and information on the type of planes flown by Colonel Lewis and East Carolina AFROTC Detachment 600.
