Scope and arrangement

Taber (1878-1960) was a native of Ohio. He served as Master of the Ohio State Grange (1914-1921) and of the National Grange (1923-1941). He discusses the National Grange movement, agricultural political problems (1915-1940), and the official Grange positions in regard to these problems.
