This photograph album documents campus life during Mary Cottman's years attending the Missionary Training Institute (later renamed Nyack College) in Nyack, New York, between 1934 and 1937.


Biographical/historical information

Mary Cottman attended the Missionary Training Institute in Nyack, New York between 1934 and 1937. The school was founded in 1882 by A. B. Simpson and was called the Missionary Training Institute, the first bible college in North America. It was known as a Bible College and an institute for ministry preparation.


Scope and arrangement

Contains primarily group photographs of students at the Missionary Training Institute in Nyack, N.Y. from 1934 to 1937. Includes some photographs of campus buildings and instructors at the Institute.
