Biographical/historical information

Jan Sellers Coward photographed cemeteries, abandoned farm buildings and fields, and Outer Bank scenes. Coward photographed the Cromwell family graveyard near Cromwell Hall, which is now lost. The graveyard is located between Greenville and Tarboro, North Carolina. It is a privately owned cemetery and no longer in use. The photograph was taken ca. 1960.
