August 31, 2018 (unprocessed addition 2), 0.5 cubic feet; This addition includes a ledger containing handwritten copies of official military correspondence kept by Colonel Philip Pipkin of the 1st Regiment West Tennessee Militia in 1814 during the War of 1812. During this time the regiment was at camps in Alabama and Mississippi Territory. Some financial accounts for the 1820s are also in the ledger. Other items in this addition are a 1918 Pictorial Supplement Overseas Edition for The Camp Dodger published by the 88th Division of Camp Dodge, Iowa, and color photographs (and negatives) of the ledger and of a man holding a rifle and a cartridge knapsack. Transferred from The Southern Genealogist's Exchange Society, Jacksonville, Florida.

June 13, 2025 (unprocessed addition 3), 0.30 cubic feet; Addition consists of 170+ copy prints of Pipkin family-related photographs with identifying information. An Excel spreadsheet is included of the photographs organized by photo archive number with extra information such as the name of the donor. Also included are a few photocopies of Pipkin family material. Gift of Charlene M. Pipkin.
