Biographical/historical information

H. A. I. Sugg was born in Lone Wolf, Oklahoma in 1918. Sugg's was interested in the U.S. Military Academy, but was too young so he went to Linfield College at McMinnville, Oregon for a year. The following year he applied again the U.S. Military Academy, but there was no more room, so he applied and was granted entrance into the United States Naval Academy.
