It is from the rop of the Court House looking down Evans St, you can see the statue in front of the court house in the bottom left corner. The old Proctor Hotel is across the street.

not at all... you can see the sign on the front of the bldg the text is correct. but what angle is it? i cant recognize any of these bldgs...

Is is possible that this negative is in upside down/backwards? Everything seems reversed?
