While in college @ ECU I used to visit the Riggs House almost every night for "2 over medium with bacon and coffee"....cost less than a dollar. Fun times!

A late night landmark for great hangover killing food for ECC guys.Hash browns never stopped cooking and were piled high on back of grill. Crusty & great tasting.Sigma nu's took me there during my pre enrollment visit.Not sure Riggs House lasted into ECU years. It was a fire waiting to happen and it finally did.
