Description
Workers for the city of Greenville prepare a scaffold to remove a water damaged ceiling fan this morning after a burst pipe caused heavy damage to the municipal building. The frozen pipe was on the third floor and rained water on the lower two floors causing damage to office equipment and computer terminals. Temporary electrical service was run through the building due to water in light fixtures.
