Abstract:

Cafe Atlantique's owner and chef, Scott Fisher, tantalized patrons' pallets at his Wilmington French bistro from 1987 to 1994, before closing it to raise dogs. In 2001, he reopened, but was killed two months later in a car accident. Pearson discusses the restaurant under its current owner and chef.
