One of North Carolina’s most active developers, Beacon Partners is a big beneficiary in the booming demand for office space in denser and less suburban neighborhoods. RailYard is their biggest project to date. Established in 1989 by Pete Lash and Ed Weisiger, Jr., the company was the first to bring in new mid-rise office space in Charlotte’s south End neighborhood, a hot spot for craft breweries and apartments for younger audiences
