On Oct. 17, 1842, Simon Mills and wife Susannah sold negroes to the Heirs of Charles Smith dec’d., namely: Samuel Smith, Jacob Elks, heirs of Reubin Smith dec’d., heirs of Eliza Elks, dec’d., and Heirs of Winna Mills, dec’d.
