Abstract:

North Carolina State Ports Authority is preparing a quality management program and arranging to obtain ISO-9000 certification, a series of standards for quality management. Since many of North Carolina’s customers and shipping companies are ISO-9000 certified, incorporating the same standards and quality management programs will correspond operations.
