Abstract:

Siemens, an international high-tech company, is becoming increasingly comfortable in North Carolina. One of the world's largest electrical and electronic manufacturers, Siemens has plants in Cary, Charlotte, Hickory, Wilmington, and Wendell, and employees more than 1500 people and a payroll over $45 million annually.
