There is always something more to talk about when it comes to North Carolina barbecue. Carroll Leggett documented food culture in eastern North Carolina during a Barbecue Trail field trip with the Southern Foodways Alliance. Leggett covers diverse cooking styles and highlights notable barbecue restaurants, including B’s Barbecue in Greenville.
