Abstract:

Muscadine grapes, which are native to North Carolina, were recently discovered to contain powerful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties in its skin and seeds. Recognizing this health benefit, North Carolina-based Nature’s Pearl Corp. has marketed its muscadine grape seed supplement through retail channels.
