Abstract:
The Triangle area is often referred to as a region, but the towns and cities which make up the Triangle area have yet to cooperate like one. The area is facing major transportation and water pollution problems and the area towns and politicians blame each other. Looking at model areas where regional planning has worked, experts believe the Triangle could easily solve their problems if they worked together.
