Abstract:
A large hole opened up on Glenn Road in northeast Durham after heavy storms hit the area last Sunday. The soil beneath the road became so drenched that it completely washed away in the stream. The road will be closed until the Department of Transportation conducts an engineering study to determine appropriate actions.
