This article provides a biographical sketch of the life of North Carolina Booklet contributor Robert Diggs Wimberly Connor. The biography starts with Mr. Connor's birth in 1878 in Wilson, North Carolina through to 1907 when this was published. It highlights his education and career in public service as a teacher, superintendent, and member of the North Carolina Historical Commission.
