Abstract:
Sorg examines the damage done to citizens of North Carolina and to the state's reputation around the nation by the current Republican General Assembly. Public education, environmental regulations, racial justice, and voting rights are among many items that have received budget cuts and new regulations. Sorg selects the four worst senators along with four honorable mentions in the Assembly. They are [Worst] Bob Rucho, Phil Berger, Thom Goolsby, Jerry Tillman, and Harry Brown. Honorable mentions are Chad Barefoot, Neal Huint, Trudy Wade, and Tom Apodaca.
