Supreme Court Rewrites Standard for Employment Discrimination Claims

The US Supreme Court on June 25, 1993, handed down its decision in St. Mary's Honor Center v. Hicks. The case involved a claim of intentional employment discrimination by an employee who alleged he was fired because of race.
