Abstract:
2012 is the 75th anniversary of the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program. It began in 1937, and is the single most successful conservation effort in the history of the United States in enhancing and restoring wildlife and fish populations nationwide. Bloodgood explains how the program works and two important federal laws--the Pittman-Robertson and the Dingell-Johnson.
