The Story of Fashion-Flo

Fashion-Flo was a mail order company founded in the small town of Siler City, population approximately 3,000 in 1947. E. A. Resch started the business in October 1944 and ran it from his office at Chatham News, which he published. The main product sold was hosiery with Chadbourn Hosiery Mills, Inc. taking large stock in Fashion-Flo. Distribution of Fashion-Flo's circulars expanded through the mid-1940s and other local Siler City institutions noticed an increase in business.
