Abstract:
We the People of North Carolina magazine staff posed ten questions to three prominent savings and loan executives, Ronald W. Hawkins, William McKay, and Clement E. Medley, Jr., about the ways federal deregulation, mergers and acquisitions, and increasing competition for customers affected their institutions and the thrift industry as a whole.
