Abstract:

With the abolition of the State Highway Commission and the post of Highway Chairman, Billy Rose is now the ranking officer in the Office of Highways of the Department of Transportation, and he reports to the Secretary of Transportation and State Board of Transportation. Rose discusses new changes in the department.
