From this initiative, it provides more than college hangouts for those dining out. Blount envisions Greenville’s potential fulfilled by two initiatives, once started, the other not yet being realized. His vision contains the continued development of the downtown area of Dickinson Avenue. His vision includes Greenville transforming into a residential town, also containing types of residences appealing to professionals, fledgling or experienced.
