Durham based Polarean Imaging has invented a machine that gives clinicians the most comprehenvie view of a patient's lung performance, additionally quantifying the effects of COVID-19. Regulators have recently approved testing of the product. An Oxford University study found it detected lung damage not found through traditional tests.
