Changes are underway at The News & Observer, Raleigh’s newspaper. Frank Daniels III has been hired as the new editor. Raleigh’s newspaper, The News & Observer, is facing the same problem and is likely to lay off employees. Smaller staffs will struggle to cover the area’s news as they did before.
