Abstract:
Fryar's Bridge once crossed over Six Runs, approximately six miles east of Clinton on the old Warsaw-Clinton Road. Numerous accounts of ghost sightings have been reported to take place at the site where the bridge once stood.

Abstract:
The story of the Bell witch was a well-known tale about a spirit that stayed with a family for years. The Bell family moved to Tennessee in the early 1800s, and lived peacefully until 1816, when a spirit made its presence known and did not leave for years to come. For some, the spirit was kind and helpful, while to others in the family it was cruel. The spirit was not shy, and conversed with the family and visitors. After the death of the family patriarch, whom it was unkind to, the spirit left.
