Previous Republican presidential hopeful John McCain lost the state in 2008 election, something candidate Mitt Romney hoped to avoid in 2012. To reverse last elections democratic vote, the Romney campaign organized supporters to engage and persuade citizens to vote for their candidate in the upcoming presidential election.
