Two years ago the Republicans took control of the North Carolina General Assembly, and after waiting over a century to do it, they set out to reshape economic and social policies. Mooneyham selects the top ten things the legislature did to impact business, including slashing income taxes, staunching the flow of Medicaid money, and overhauling election laws.
