[Orville Wright Glider Flights - Cyanotype #8], 1911Notes
The photographer who recorded Orville Wright's glider flights at Kitty Hawk in 1911 was also interested in history and made this image of the granite marker at the site of Fort Raleigh on Roanoke Island--the first English settlements in America in the 1580s.
