as i have mentioned before i was living with a patricia ann leahy who went to school in biddeford from first grade to maybe first year high, but i think more like 8th or 9th. the first infant that she attemoted to give birth to was supposedly a spontaneous abortion, but the second one was a jamie philip alberto which patricia claimed that i was the father. but patricia was a heroin addict in denial and she was having sex with dealers in portland in exchange for heroin. perhaps some are still around and recall. so i may not be the father i really don't know. but biddeford was a total factory town and a lot of worker had to have been exposed to all sorts of chemical agents, maybe like Libby Montana where more than half the town died of mesothelioma. some of those chemicals could be buried in the ground with the bodies of the workers. biddeford is packed with a massive system of grave yards. those factories all left collapsing biddeford economically.
I am researching ancestors and I found the April 1940 census showing my mother in law was a student nurse there in 1940. It lists a whole bunch of other nurses that must of been living there in 1940. What was your mothers name?
I have a plaque that states that my mother graduated from the Weber School of Nursing in 1942. She recently passed away at the age of 95.
