But the damage of it, and unfolding it and it almost cracking makes me believe it could be authentic. oddly enough it is hand signed ( I think ) and has a personal transfer of the note from one man to another? In the early 1970s A bubble gum company flooded the states with Confederate five dollar bills My father was took for about 300.00 When he found out his friendship of 20 years with this guy was over . As for me I just lost 25.00 If you have one or twenty five of them frame it . You might find a good coin collector you can trust . Don't buy Christmas ,and then try to get a lot of money .
