Armstrong, Frank A. (Frank Alton), 1902-1969--Family
I took this photo, also the one of you with the "crown hat" and many others of your grandparents while stationed at Elmendorf AFB 1959-1962. I was an Air Force photographer on special assignment throughout Alaska. The novelty thing I remember about your Grandmother was her love of the color pink. From her kitchen to Santa Clause it was pink! I loved your folks and their associates the "Easterlings" (Major) Much Love to You and Yours, Richard K. Roedel, Florida 2016
I am the child in this photograph. My given name is Lloyd Armstrong, yes I AM A Female! The woman holding me is is my Grandmother, Vernell Lloyd "Fluffy" Armstrong, and that is my Father with us. Peggy was his second wife, after my Grandmother passed. My Grandmother is buried at Arlington National Cemetary with my Grandfather.
