U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary members patrol a disaster on the Saginaw River near Bay City, Michigan. The tank vessel Jupiter was offloading gasoline when it exploded at the Total Oil Company refinery. U.S. Coast Guard district 9 personnel responded to the incident.
